Hi,
I'm Kelley Robson, founder and CEO of Pivto Better Learning. After years in the learning and development space, I kept seeing the same problem: online learning that people dreaded rather than embraced.
We were actually trying to solve our own frustration with corporate training that felt stuck in the past. Everything else in our digital lives was engaging and intuitive – why couldn't learning feel the same way?
The existing tools were built for compliance, not connection. They focused on completion rates instead of real engagement. We knew there had to be a better way, so we created one.
When we started sharing our approach with other organizations, something clicked. Their people weren't just completing courses – they were actually engaging with them. Learning was becoming something they looked forward to, not another checkbox in their day.
Today, we're helping organizations transform their educational initiatives into experiences their people genuinely want to participate in. Every improvement we make is guided by a simple question: "Would I want to learn this way?"
